These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GudFood Work mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Please read these Terms carefully, together with our Privacy Policy and User Content Rules, which form part of your agreement with us.
GudFood Work is a corporate (business-to-business) meal ordering platform that enables employees of contracting companies to browse menus, place meal orders, manage subsidised food benefits, earn loyalty rewards, and leave reviews. The Service is delivered through a mobile application available on iOS and Android.
The Service operates across two jurisdictions, each with its own contracting entity:
The contracting entity that provides the Service to you is determined by the region you select at login: Poland-region accounts contract with the Polish entity, and Ukraine-region accounts contract with the Ukrainian entity. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to the applicable entity for your region. "You" and "your" refer to the individual employee user.
To use the Service, you must:
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of these requirements. If you cease to be an employee of a contracting company, your right to use the Service terminates automatically. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access for any account that does not meet these eligibility criteria.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Upon receiving notice of suspected compromise, we will take reasonable steps to secure your account, including invalidating active session tokens.
GudFood Work is contracted and paid for by your employer, not by you individually. This has important consequences for your use of the Service. Your employer determines and controls:
GudFood Work is not a party to any employment agreement, benefits arrangement, or other agreement between you and your employer. We are not responsible for, and have no control over, your employer's decisions regarding food subsidies, benefit changes, eligibility, daily limits, or termination of the corporate service agreement. Any disputes regarding your benefits or eligibility should be raised directly with your employer's HR department.
Meal ordering through GudFood Work is governed by timezone-aware deadlines that reflect our suppliers' production schedules. The deadlines below are expressed in your local timezone — Europe/Kyiv for Ukraine-region users and Europe/Warsaw for Poland-region users.
You may modify or cancel an order at any time up until the applicable ordering deadline. After the deadline passes, orders are final and cannot be changed or cancelled, because the food has already been ordered from our supplier.
When you place an order, a confirmation is displayed within the app. This in-app confirmation is your authoritative proof of order. We do not guarantee email or SMS confirmation. Please retain or screenshot your in-app confirmation if you require proof of your order.
Whether you owe any payment for a meal depends on your employer's subsidy configuration:
Payment is charged at the time of order placement, not at delivery. We use idempotency keys (unique per-checkout identifiers) to prevent accidental duplicate charges. If, despite this safeguard, you experience a duplicate charge, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will investigate and refund any confirmed duplicate.
| Scenario | Refund Outcome | Timeframe |
|---|---|---|
| Cancellation before the ordering deadline | Full refund of the user-paid portion via the original payment method | 5–10 business days |
| Cancellation after the ordering deadline | No refund possible — food has already been ordered from the supplier and cannot be cancelled | N/A |
| Technical error (confirmed duplicate charge) | Full refund of the duplicate amount | Within 5 business days |
To request a refund, email [email protected] and include your order ID and payment reference. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights that may apply to you under Polish or Ukrainian law.
The Service may offer a loyalty and rewards program in which you can earn points and unlock rewards. The following terms apply to all loyalty points and rewards:
GudFood Work reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time, with 14 days' notice communicated via in-app notification. Such changes will not retroactively remove rewards you have already validly redeemed.
Any reviews, ratings, and photos you submit through the Service ("User Content") are subject to our separate User Content Rules. By submitting User Content, you agree to comply with those rules. We may remove User Content that violates them, in accordance with the moderation and escalation processes described there.
When using the Service, you agree NOT to:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in suspension or termination of your account, and where applicable, referral to your employer or to relevant authorities.
All content, design, code, trademarks, logos, graphics, and software comprising the GudFood Work Service are owned by or licensed to GudFood Work / IULIIA GUDKOVA. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app solely for its intended purpose as a corporate meal ordering platform. This licence does not permit you to:
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by GudFood Work.
We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability for the Service. The Service may be interrupted, suspended, or restricted from time to time for maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, including but not limited to Firebase (Google), payment providers (Monobank, Przelewy24, Apple Pay, Google Pay), or hosting infrastructure (Contabo). We will use reasonable efforts to restore the Service promptly following any interruption.
We are not liable for any delay or failure in performing our obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:
During any force majeure event, our obligations are suspended to the extent affected, and we will use reasonable efforts to restore the Service as soon as practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that:
Menu information is provided in good faith but may occasionally be inaccurate due to supplier changes, ingredient substitutions, or system delays. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any menu information. Where you have allergies or specific dietary requirements, you should verify suitability independently.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material violations of these Terms, with or without prior notice. Examples of material violations include fraudulent ordering, credential sharing, circumvention of controls, and abuse of staff or other users.
If your employer terminates its corporate contract with GudFood Work, your access to the Service is terminated immediately. Where possible, active orders that have already passed their deadline will be fulfilled. Any pending user-paid amounts for orders that cannot be fulfilled will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Following termination, your account data is retained and deleted in accordance with the retention periods set out in our Privacy Policy. Financial records are retained for 5 years as required by applicable tax law.
The law that governs these Terms, and the courts that have jurisdiction over any dispute, depend on your region as recorded in your account profile (selected at login):
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from or related to the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under Polish law or applicable EU law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from or related to the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts in Kyiv, Ukraine.
The applicable governing law is determined by the region selected at login and recorded in your account profile. By selecting a region, you accept the corresponding governing law and jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
